Sales Tax ~ Payment Options
Gift Box Without Invitations:
- If a gift box has been ordered without invitations and the box has not yet been mailed, we will refund the entire cost of the box via the method used for payment.
- If a gift box has been ordered without invitations and the box has been mailed, we will refund the cost of the box upon its return, please see below for our return policy.
Gift Box With Invitations:
- If a gift box has been ordered with invitations and it is more than seven days before the mailing of the invitations, we will refund the entire cost of the gift package via the method used for payment.
- If a gift box has been ordered with invitations and it is within seven days of the mailing date of the invitations (but the invitations have not yet been mailed), we will refund the cost of the gift box minus a $25.00 printing fee for invitations.
- If a gift box has been ordered with invitations and the invitations have been mailed but the gift box has not been mailed, we will refund the cost of the gift box as advertised when bought without invitations.
- If the gift box has been ordered with invitations and everything has been mailed to the recipient and guests, we will then treat the order as a return for the gift box only and we will follow our instructions as outlined in "RETURNS" below.
(Please note that the invitations associated with a gift box are personalized items and are not eligible for exchange or refund. Once mailed, we are unable to refund these items.)
RETURNS will be accepted if returned within 14 days of shipment. You must have a return authorization number (RA#). Please email us to receive this number. Note: the RA# must be written on your package for return.
You will receive a refund via the method paid minus the shipping fees. Your return must be in brand new condition! If you choose to return 15-30 days after shipment, you will receive a refund minus the shipping fees and a $50.00 service fee. Please note that any packages being returned to Tutto Luccica should be insured as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.
Invitations: We ship our invitations via USPS. Invitations are mailed out four weeks prior to the date selected for the "In Spirit" Shower. Please note that Tutto Luccica Corporation can not be held responsible for incorrect addresses. The purchasers address will be used as the return address on all invitations to ensure that the purchaser is aware of any returned items.
Gift Boxes: We ship our gift boxes via UPS or USPS at our discretion. We will plan our shipping so the item arrives one to two days prior to the selected "In Spirit" Celebration date. All items will have a "Do Not Open Until..." sticker to facilitate the celebration.
APOs and FPOs: We will mail our box so the item is scheduled to arrive prior to the date selected BUT WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ON TIME DELIVERY ONLY FOR THESE LOCATIONS.
Sales Tax
5% Sales Tax will only be charged to those purchasing within the state of Massachusetts.
